Here is quick update as we enter week 5043...I mean 3o.
I am very proud of my cabbage patch girl, as last week she was a meager butternut squash, of which I am not a fan. (Unless, of course it's in my mother-in-law's bisque).
I am even more excited for next week - we're talking 4 navel oranges, people. Keep your eyes peeled for new belly photos this weekend.
According to BabyCenter.com, our little girl now rivals a good-size cabbage in weight, tipping the scales this week at 3 pounds. (Length: about 15 3/4 inches, head to heel.)

So now I know Kristin didn't write this one. (Can you see her Mother-In-Law pureeing hot squash and ladleing it into bowls? Ladleing? Is that a word? Should it be ladling?) I love the updates. I can't wait to meet your cabbage.
