Patience is a virtue

But who the hell has time for patience anymore? I'm sorry, but patience is a virtue that neither of us has. And who cares? Axl Rose had patience and look what happened to him.

But patience is just one of many virtues. Tenacity is a virtue. We both have plenty of that. Determination is a virtue. And we have that too. So no matter what, we're both still wicked virtuous.

That said, WE ARE TENACIOUSLY DETERMINED to have this baby already!

And we will stop at nothing to accomplish this task, particularly when it comes to eating spicy foods. Friday we had Kung Pau Shrimp and Saturday we had Mexican. Last night we had Buffalo Chicken and tonight we had Kung Pau Chicken. If the baby doesn't come by this weekend, we're going to Chinatown for the Extra Spicy Kung Pau Pitocin Dumplings.

Even Maggie and Joey want the baby out. This is them trying to induce labor by attacking Kristin's belly with their version of Shock and Awe.

Even though Kristin isn't due till Thursday, we want our baby now. We're impatient, antsy and insane with anticipation. Our next appointment with Dr. Kreitzer is Friday. We're hoping we don't make it.

You two are hilarious! Well, today was my guess. You still have time, Kristin. Dad said this Saturday. He's no fun! You better have a rolaid ready for that baby when she comes out!

Love, Nana times two.

Don't you HATE waiting! My guess in Sunday. What a great Father's Day that would turn out to be, huh?

Kristin & Scott, I just wanted to share a story with you both. When I was pregnant with Lindsay I was getting so anxious to have her that Paul's Mom stopped by with lobsters on the 4th of July, she said it induces labor. She was right that night my water broke after midnight and Lindsay was born on the 5th. My due date wasn't until July 12th so it was great to get relief. I know what you two are feeling it's crazy near the end. Hang in there and soon you will be holding your beautiful baby girl. Love you both so much, Aunty Linda and Uncle Paul
