First off, can I start by saying that I'm shocked that people think my daughter looks more like 50 cent than me: her own mother???? I'm starting to truly question the intelligence of the people who read this blog.
So, as most of you know by now, we're in for some major changes over the next couple of weeks. Scott just accepted an amazing job as an online business manager at Bose back in Massachusetts. It was a great offer, an amazing company and an opportunity that will bring us back to all of our family and friends in Massachusetts. It's all happening very fast, but we have both been missing our families so much. It's just not okay that in order for our parents to spend time with their beautiful grandchild, they'd need to spend a fortune on a plane ticket for a 6 hour flight across the country.
I'm really going to miss San Diego. We've had such an amazing five years living in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Both of us have been so fortunate to have made so many great friends and we will do our best to keep in touch with all of you. We also plan to keep up the blog--Andrea needs her daily fix of Bailey. I can't even imagine how much she's going to miss her.
Now it's time to get excited about getting back to Boston. There are so many things that we're looking forward to. A beautiful fall day, a Red Sox game and family all around us. I can't think of anything more exciting.
Above is a picture of Miss Bailey at 9 weeks.
