Here is Kristin as we enter week 26. Although it feels like we're very far along, the thought of 14 more weeks is pretty daunting. In some ways I love the fact that I still have 3 months to be an irresponsible idiot. On the other hand, I can't believe this is still going on. This has been the longest 7 months of our lives. Kristin has a sore back, swollen ankles and heartburn. She's never comfortable, always hungry and sometimes too tired to do anything. I'm sure this isn't news to any of you parents out there, but pregnancy sucks. So for anyone who wants to get us stuff, we're registered at BabiesRUs. Certain family members who have seen our registry have mentioned that "this is a good start, but you need more". The problem is, we don't really know what we need. So we're going to leave it up to you to get us any good stuff we may be missing. Some of these things aren't on the registry, but I think that our baby would really benefit from a Playstation 3 and a nice surround sound system for the living room. She could also use a new printer, a guitar and a Porsche.

Wow, Kristin, you look great! Miss you both, Mom
You look so good!! I checked out the registry - I think you guys have it pretty much covered! One other item you may want to put on there is a playmat. Abby spent a lot of time on that as an infant. If you go to BRU/Activity/Gyms & Playmats you'll find a few to choose from. Oh! And you'll also definitely want either a cradle swing or bouncy chair. Or a regular swing even. Check them out under the activity section as well. With the bouncy chairs they just lay in and watch stuff and bounce. The swings are GREAT especially if they're colicky at all. THe cradle ones are lower to the ground and simliar to the bouncy chairs but swing instead, not sure whether they're any better than the big swings but I guess they take up less room. Guess i should have just emailed you guys - lol
