Baby Belly - Week 34

We're taking a break from the extreme close-up shots of the bare belly for a while. In fact, I took down the picture that went with the previous post. It was a little too "all up in yo grill", as the kids say. Instead, I am pleased to present you with a perfectly fine picture of my beautiful wife Kristin wearing what my father would call "a blouse".

So no more giant nudey bellies for a while. My apologies for the censorship, but it was starting to get a little weird at work when 14 of my co-workers in our stupid "open environment" office would catch me staring at an exposed pregnant woman cut off at the head. People must think I'm into some sick sh*t.

Speaking of some sick sh*t, in the background, you can see the two giant bags Kristin lugs around with her everyday - at 34 weeks pregnant. Seriously. I don't know what she has in those bags, but I'm now convinced that the social approval of handbags for woman (and not men) is the sole reason why women hold all the power in this world. They're the only ones who have anything to carry it in.

Who am I, Andy Capp?

Kristin, you look beautiful! Scott, it looks like a sweater to me, not a "blouse." Love, Mom

Thanks for the correction, my double-commenting Mother-in-Law.

it's mostly my fault that we're cooling out on the close-up belly shots. Everytime I pulled up the blog, I would gasp. Something tells me I'm going to have a big baby!
