Nothing big since I last wrote. I guess I've been lazy since I left my job at Sony. Well, I did fly 7200 miles. Oh and I drove 56 hours from San Diego to Boston through horrifying storms. I nearly hit two deer standing in the middle of the highway in Colorado. I saw the Grand Canyon, which was nothing but a "hole" lotta wasted time. I stayed in Dodge City, Kansas just so I could say that I am "getting the hell out of Dodge". I drove from Plainview, Indiana to Weymouth, MA in one day, again in torrential thunderstorms.
I took Bailey to her first wedding. I broke into my in-laws' house after getting locked out after said wedding...in a tropical storm...with Bailey...just me and Bailey. I threw out my back. I went to a chiropractor. I started a new job at Bose. I moved in with my parents. I lost my Debit card...the day before I started my trip. My car battery died...the day after I returned from my trip. I single-handedly ruined the Patriots season just by being here. I got 17 grey hairs and lost 170 black hairs. I lost a fantasy baseball playoff match for the first time in 4 years (perhaps the most devastating of them all).

Scott and Kristin, if Bailey isn't the sweetest, cutest little baby I don't know who is. I just want to pick her up and never let her go. Scott, I'm glad you finally got back to writing in your blog I was having withdrawals every time I opened your page. Those videos are so adorable and can't wait until I can hold Bailey. Sorry you got locked out of Kim and John's and hurt yourself trying to break in. Oh well such is the life with the Barrett/Regan clan. Love you all, Auntie Linda
I hate to turn this into a sports forum, but since we have a trash talker lurking from San Diego, I can't resist.
Top 5 reasons why Baby Bailey could never have been raised a San Diego sports fan.
1. San Diego fans are wimps. They let Raider fans invade the city and apologize when these crazed fans in spiked shoulder pads dumps a beer on their khakis and subsequently steals their popcorn and rapes their woman. Bailey will not be exposed to such meek passivity.
2. Padre fans don't know how or when to cheer for their team. I've seen it first hand - it's embarassing. We stand up for our pitchers, not our batters.
3. The Chargers and their powder blue uniforms were favored by 9 1/2 points and lost in week 1 to the lowly Carolina Panthers...at home...with their starting QB in tact. The Pats still won.
4. Shawn Merriman is out for the season. Looks like it really is lights out for that jerk.
5. San Diego is the largest city in the United States to have never won a major league sports championship. Seriously. Never. Not even in 1918. Just never. Nothing. Ever.
Patriots:? What does that spell?

Wow! I haven't seen the Daily Bailey in a long time. My first comment is I MISS KRISTIN! WAAAAAAA! Now that that is said - BAILEY IS ADORABLE! and I can't believe how she has grown! And, I can't believe the back and forth between Michelle and Scott! WOW!
Anyway, nice to read and catch up on the Daily Bailey. I lost you in cyber space and have gotten to know a few baby Bailey's out there I accidentally googled -- and the Smith's from Utah have invited me to visit! but none of the other Bailey's are as cute as the Regan Bailey! Love, Anne
